Assessment Fees

Assessment fees are set annually by the Board of Directors. Fees may be paid annually or quarterly. Quarterly payments are due January 1; April 1; July 1; and Oct 1.

• Class 1 fees (lots with a boat slip) are $766 quarterly or $3,064 annually.
• Class 2 fees (lots without a dock slip) are 672 quarterly or $2,688 annually.
