Community Amenities
Nine-hole Golf course
A links style par 3 golf course is available for owners and renters to enjoy at their leisure. This is a walking course only and motorized golf carts are not allowed except for individuals with disabilities.
Fishing Pond
A stocked 4 acre fishing pond is available for individuals to enjoy a catch and release fishing experience. Barbless fishing hocks are encouraged to minimize injury to the fish.
Boat Docks
Eight boat docks with a total of 39 boat slips are available to owners of class 1 lots. Only one motorized craft is permitted per slip. Renters that bring multiple motorized crafts to Waterfront Greens may not dock more than one craft.
Tennis Courts
Two tennis courts are available on a first come first served for residents and guests. A pickleball court has been outlined on one of the courts.
Mini Golf Course
A putt putt golf course offers a challenging fun game for all ages. Younger residents and guests seem to be the major users
Sledding Hill
A sledding area for residents and guests has been designated for winter time outdoors activities. The hill is mowed and parking near the bottom of the hill is provided
