Waterfront Greens

Waterfront Greens (WFG) is an independent property owners association, comprised of 102 lakefront and lake access properties in Swanton MD. Each lot gives an owner one vote in the Waterfront Greens Property Owners Association, Inc. The membership elects a board of directors (BOD) to manage WFG and the BOD hires staff to maintain the property and hires a property manager to help administer the community. The community has 39 boat slips, a 9 hole golf course, two tennis courts, a miniature golf facility and a 4 acre fishing pond. There is a combination of private homes and rental houses in the community.
